GHEE PLUS FLAXSEED
OIL:
Make ghee by melting butter in saucepan. Skim white foam off top.
Pour clear yellow ghee into another container, and try not to include milky liquid.
Mix five parts ghee with one part flaxseed oil. Use as a spread on bread, vegetables,
etc.
Ghee is a good source of silicon. It can be used all day,
because it is "neutral" like olive oil or brown rice. Ghee will build backbone
marrow. It has a high concentration of iron and calcium in an unusual way,
and can be used to fry without hurting the liver, gall bladder, and appendix. DIETING VS TIME-CONTROLLED NUTRITION:
Dieting causes the loss of fat. That's the good news.
Dieting causes the loss of water. And electrolytes. And muscle. And bone. That's the bad news. More bad news: Dieting increases fat-depositing enzymes. And increases the risk of heart disease. No wonder it's called a DIE-T ("die thin").
The word "diet" is linguistically related to the Latin "dies," or "day." TIME
kills. TIMING, on the other hand, is life. Time-controlled nutrition does everything
a diet is supposed to do and doesn't.
MELTED CHEESE?
Don't melt cheese--it clogs the ileocecal valve. Heat
converts cheese to a rubber. The ketones in your body act as a catalyst to turn
melted cheese
into a premature plastic. Melted cheese is the most intense form of carbon you
can put in your body. If you must eat melted cheese, chew it and spit it out,
or chew it to clean your gums. Grapes have malic acid that breaks down melted
cheese--eat them fresh or use wine or wine vinegar. Prickly pear also contains
malic acid that breaks down melted cheese.
VARICOSE VEINS:
"Very coarse veins" = varicose veins. An appropriate therapy is a three-minute orange eaten at spleen-pancreas time (9:00 a.m.11:00
a.m.). Put an orange in a pot of water so that it floats. You can't drown an
orange-- they all float. Use room-temperature water, and bring it to a boil.
Leave it at a rolling boil for three minutes. Then take it out, making sure not
to burn yourself. Score the orange in four sections, cutting from the north to
south poles.
THE REAL DEAL ON OSTEOPOROSIS
LIVER SPOTS
DON'T FEED THE SQUIRRELS:
It is unwise to have personal contact with those cute li'l chipmunks
or ground squirrels that beg for food in public places. They may be carrying
plague bacilli from fleas.
Fleas have accounted for more human deaths than all the wars ever
fought in history.
OAT BRAN IN MODERATION:
Oat bran is presently being abused by the "if a little is good, a lot is better" crowd.
Surgeons are having to cut into the small intestine to remove oat bran blockages.
Medical doctors are advising that no more than 1/3 of a cup of oat bran should
be eaten per meal with adequate fluids.
Oat bran is an "ace-boss-copacetic" fiber
that reduces serum choleterol. So does apple pectin, citrus pectin, or sunflower
pectin.
