Night foods grow either underground or under water. Fewer foods are on the night list, because dinner should be a lighter meal.

Beneficial Omega-3 oils are abundant in cold-water fish. If you don't eat fish, Omega-3 oils can be found in most nuts, avocado, flaxseed, sesame seed, and algae. (By the way, cold-water fish get their Omega-3 oils from algae.)

Remember that brown rice is a neutral food that can be eaten all day.

All mushrooms, asparagus, and potatoes require cooking to avoid toxicity.

Tequila made of 100% agave cactus mixed with pineapple juice is a source of night-time vitamin C!
